That feeling has a name: Eco-Anxiety.

It’s a psychological state experienced by more and more people — especially young people — in response to the environmental crisis. It’s not a disorder. It’s a healthy reaction to an unhealthy reality.

It’s often accompanied by feelings of helplessness, guilt, or even resignation:

“What’s the point of trying?” “Why isn’t anything changing?” “How much worse will it get?”

Through the European project RESET ART, in which CUBE participates, art comes to the forefront as a way to express, understand, and reframe this anxiety. Creative expression connects us, gives us a voice, and turns paralysis into meaningful action.
