The European project <\/a>Proud Ambassadors<\/a><\/strong>, in which CUBE<\/strong> proudly participates, is entering an exciting phase as it prepares its Training Curriculum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to provide youth workers and professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to better support LGBTQIA+ young people across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Training Curriculum will consist of eight thematic modules, each focusing on a key area for promoting inclusion, well-being, and empowerment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Understanding LGBTQIA+ Identities and Terminology<\/li>
  2. Identifying and Supporting Experiences of Non-Acceptance in LGBTQIA+ Youth<\/li>
  3. Mental Health: Assessment and Resilience-Building Techniques<\/li>
  4. Inclusive Communication and Anti-Bias Language Skills<\/li>
  5. Creating Inclusive and LGBTQIA+ Friendly Workplaces<\/li>
  6. Legal Frameworks and Rights of LGBTQIA+ Youth<\/li>
  7. Creating Safe and Inclusive Spaces for LGBTQIA+ Youth<\/li>
  8. Practical Tools and Innovative Training Techniques for Supporting LGBTQIA+ Youth<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
